How do I place an order?
Select the products which suits you best, add to cart and checkout. Let us take care of the rest.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, however we recommend spending a minimum of £20 due to delivery charges. Anything below this will be charged £14 delivery. If you require more time to enjoy your meals you can freeze them until it suits you.
What meals do I receive in the bundles?
You will receive a varied selection from our weekly menu which is listed separately. If you prefer to choose your meals pop your preferred choice in the order comments at checkout. If you are GF please specify this in the notes when placing your order.
When is the order deadline?
NI Customers - Order by 4pm Thursday for Sunday delivery.
ROI Customers - Order by 4pm Thursday for Tuesday delivery.
This is to ensure efficient orders on our side and minimise waste.
What if I miss the order deadline?
Unfortunately we wont be able to process any orders after deadline times. It will be delivered the next delivery day.
Do you do a vegan/vegetarian plan?
We currently do not have a full plan available however we do have multiple options on our menu which is updated weekly.
Do you do bespoke meals?
We currently do not offer bespoke meals, if your Gluten free please place this in the order notes of your bundle at checkout.
Can I order for a friend?
You can indeed – just enter their information and preferred delivery address.
Where can I buy Sliced in store?

I'll not be home for my Sliced delivery, will the meals stay fresh?
Our meals will stay fresh for 24 hours as we deliver your box within temperature controlled packaging.
Can I send someone else to collect my meals?
If sending someone else, please make sure they know the name and email used to make the booking along with how many to collect.
I have an incomplete or damaged order?
Please contact us within 24 hours on Sales@slicedmeals.com – quoting your name and email used to order. Please attach any relevant images and we will get back to you ASAP. Unfortunately after this time frame we will not be able to address any issues or replace meals.
Will the meals be labelled?
All meals are labelled with the calories, macros and use by date. Our meals can be tracked with My Fitness Pal.
Can I freeze the meals?
Meals are best enjoyed from fresh but need a little extra time to enjoy your Sliced meal, of course pop it in the freezer until it suits you.
Will the meals change?
We update our menu weekly with fresh choices every Thursday.
What if I have food allergies?
We cannot create bespoke meals catering to allergies requests at present, we recommend you order with caution and carefully check labelling on receipt.
I don’t like some of the meals can I swap?
If you wish to choose your own meals, place your choices in the relevant text box when adding your bundle to your cart.
Please note - we will email you when your meals are out for delivery, you can get in touch to track your driver on the day of delivery. If you not in, we cannot reschedule your delivery time so meals will be left at a suitable location. They will be in temperature controlled packaging so not to worry they will stay chilled for 12 hours after delivery.
